BOO-tiful on a budget. These bubblegum-blowing ghosts are the Halloween banner you didn’t know you needed! The best part? You can whip it up in just a few minutes for less than $3! Display it alone or add a fun fringe banner using plastic tablecloths as shown.
What You’ll Need:
- Ghost Banner from Walmart
- Pink Balloons
- Xacto knife or box cutter
How to Make It:
1. Use an Xacto knife or box cutter to carefully cut an “x” on each ghost where the mouth would be. (Make sure to cut far enough below eyes so the balloon doesn’t hide them.)
2. Barely blow up pink balloons and tie. Pro tip: Squeeze the balloon after inflating to help shape it.
3. Insert knot of balloon through the “x”, pull to secure.
4. Repeat steps for remaining ghosts and you have a sticky-sweet Halloween decoration!
