Directions:
1. You will receive a pdf download link once payment is complete.
2. Print on standard 8.5 x 11 inch card stock
3. Cut out
4. Fold pennant flags along dotted line then attach to wooden dowel with hot glue or tape. You may also use wooden kabob skewers! Add optional ribbon, yarn or twine.
5. Decorate your treat bag or basket with the pennant flags and include sign and instructions in your bag of treats. Secretly deliver the treats to a friend, neighbor or co-worker and watch the fun spread!
