Directions:
1. You will receive a pdf download link once payment is complete.
2. Add name to pdf file using Adobe Acrobat Reader(or simply handwrite name after printing).
3. Print on standard 8.5 x 11 inch card stock, cut out.
4. Carefully slice around teeth to insert gift card. We suggest using an Xacto knife or box cutter.
5. Insert gift card.

Where to Print:
Print on card stock at home OR at a local/online print shop of your choice such as UPS, Staples or Office Depot. You can upload online and pick up in store!
